Can I pause my membership?

Yes, no problem. You can choose to pause your membership for 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Pausing will save your progress, profile, and milestones for whenever you’re ready to return. Go to your settings within your profile when you’re logged in to Only One and choose the option that suits you best.
